Well it is hard to believe that 5 years have gone by.  It seems like only yesterday we were watching a little 2 lb 7 ounce baby fight for its life in the IWK.  He has come so far and has turned out so perfect.  Happy Birthday Jacob!  We hope you have the best birthday ever.
