Yesterday was Laura Jayne’s birthday and we celebrated in her style.  i.e. we were not really allowed to talk about it!  I went out and got us some Italian Market food and a good bottle of wine.  I bought Wolf Blass Shiras Brown Label.  It’s expensive at $40/bottle but it sure was tasty.

Jacob was a sweet son and bought Laura Jayne a DVD – Pirates of the Carribean. We watched it after dinner.  I had bought her a new table from the Bombay company (don’t tell the Hambly family !).  Overall a really nice evening.
