Katherine and Laura Jayne got home on Saturday afternoon.  The first night was very sleepless. Katherine likes to sleep in the day and then stay up all night feeding.  Jacob was also awake when she was crying so it was a double feature. 

Jacob is doing well with Katherine and is rather indifferent at this stage. It is good Nanny is here to keep his mind off things and allow Laura Jayne to feed Katherine as required which is a lot

The public health nurse came yesterday and was quite happy with the progess.  Katherine is starting to gain weight.  She had gone down to 7 pounds 8 ounces but is back up over 8 pounds.  She is voiding very well and is a real sweetheart.  We call her truffles as well since she makes little snorting noises when she is rooting for food just like a truffle pig

All for now. Katherine and I are just cuddling while Laura Jayne and Jacob are napping and Nanny is on the treadmill.
