Well we finally had a night out to ourselves. It was Nicole’s birthday so we went to the new El Mercato restaurant in Bedford. It is the same restuarant menu as the one in town but has a different atmosphere. Rob, Nicole, Kelly and Rob’s sister Beth came out.

It was really good food. Laura Jayne and I started with Rosotto Crouettes and then some awesome pasta dishes. Lots of wine and martini’s to finish it off right. We then went back to Rob and Nicole’s house to have some ice cream cake from the DQ – mmmm.

We finally left the Begg’s around 1:00 am. I had to work today so we could not stay later, although someone was quite upset she could not stay out and dance. Jacob got up at 5:00am so I am pretty tired today. Plus I had a briefing call with our VP at 8:00am this morning. I think I will go home and grab a nap!
