It’s About Time
Well I figure it was time to do an update. Sorry the site was offline for a few days but the registration for kfournier.com expired and I had not renewed it. Anyway, payment has been made, DNS is back up and working and we are live. I have also updated the site so that you do not have to be registered to leave comments since I got some complaints about it (You know who you are – Julie)
The strike is still going strong and I am actually working in PEI this week. It is the first time that I actually had to cross a real picket line and I can say that it is not pleasant. People can be such animals. I sure have a lot of respect for the people that cross every day.
It has been a busy number of weeks. I actually got to vacation the week of July 26th off. we went “camping” over in PEI near Brackley Beach. Well kind of camping. We did it hambly family style. Wayne had a truck pull in a 40 ft fifth wheeler with all the goods – full washroom, livingroom (one of those extensions that pushes out at the push of a button), queen size bed, fridge, stove, microwave and tv! We loved it and it was great to sit by the fire at night and enjoy a cold one.
I got a couple of golf games in and man does my game suck. I lost 12 balls in one round and shot 120. I am going to play this saturday at Crowbush so I hope things improve. We also spent a lot of time at the beach. The while Clark clan was in town and we all camped out at the beach. Swarmed is probably the better term. Norm and Julie were also on vacation so it was a great time.
Wayne has a bunch of photos that he took so I will try and get them up on the site before I go back home. All for now…
