Jacob lost another 15 grams last night.  However, who would not lose weight with all the excitement of meeting the Fournier Grandparents and their first exposure to Upper Canadians with a French name to boot!  He had an excellent day with Laura Jayne and she had him out for a great Kangaroo Care session today,  His oxygen levels stayed great off the CPAP during this. They have reduced his oxygen levels to 24% and he is again receiving Mommy’s milk every 3 hours to make him grow.  We are hoping that this will be the start of a really good week of growth since all the right lines etc. are feeding him at maximum potential.

Matthew also got to meet Jacob today and they kind of look a bit alike with their fuzzy hair heads.  Matthew enjoyed his visit but he also has been told to bring Wayne’s digital camera home so no more pictures for quite a while unless everyone petitions Wayne to leave it here.  Please click here to send your petition vote.

Laura Jayne and I had dinner with Matthew, Charlene, Robbie and Mom and Dad last night at the Keg. It was nice to get out for a change and relax.  Jacob is in good hands and they do have my pager number if …..
